Duluth Board of Trade
In the heart of Duluth’s Commercial Historic District, the Board of Trade building at 301-307 West First Street in Duluth, Minnesota is a Romanesque Revival brick and stone masonry building. It was constructed in 1895 to serve as the headquarters of Duluth’s Board of Trade organization and housed the city’s grain exchange. The building is in, and contributes to, the National Register of Historic Places.
Fully renovated in 2022 the building provides 88 luxury apartment homes and 20,000 sf of commercial space including the exceptional Top Floor Trading Floor available for lease and events.
