812 Lofts

The Churchill Drug Company Building dates back more than 100 years. Upon completion of a full renovation, the building will offer 3,500 square feet of commercial space and 126 high-end apartment homes.

Located in Peoria’s vibrant warehouse district the 812 SW Washington Street building, now named 812 Lofts was built in 1917 by the Churchill Drug Company. The building is nine stories with over 130,000 sf.
